here is an idea:
Visit them or schedule a research meeting, in order to investigate

  • how they are using Neos
  • whether they are taking full advantage of Neos capabilities
    → use this information to provide tailored education and to shape the documentation and other education sources
  • and which unique requirements they have
    → in order to fuel a real world driven (customer aware) Neos development and to cater to users’ needs
