I tagged yet another round of bugfix releases for Neos today. They finally make Neos compatible with PHP 7.4:

Note that behat/transliterator must be updated to at least version 1.3.0 to ensure compatibility issue. A simple composer update should do that, but you might want to check composer output in this specific case…
