General

@all: This week’s kitchen duty: Inbox

Dimitri

Sad: the React UI still has some important issues open, while less important ones were fixed, too little time
Happy: created a new server setup using Docker Swarm, started to actually understand German
Plans: more time for React UI
Show: nothing

Gina

Sad: no
Happy: still :sunny: in the heart from the weekend in :portugal:
Plan: Will meet with Jonnito about the Vienna sprint in autumn
Show: nada

Karsten

Happy: did some reviews & merges, deplyoed the upgraded neos.io site, completed GSoC org application
Sad: React UI seems to be somehow stuck, documentation/features missing, question not being answered…
Plans: probably upmerges & releases
Show: nope

Robert

  • Happy: Very much work, but still feels good about it (doing some running despite work); did some Neos work last week (yay!), wrote something about the Media Browser work in recent weeks
  • Sad: No…
  • Plans: Work more on Media Browser stuff
  • Show: 1-minute demo of Media Management integration

Daniel

  • Sad: Unhappy about the React UI state, bugs stick around for too long, team too small(?!)
  • Happy: projects seem to get bigger so a new class of errors related to humongous masses of data pop up. Progress! :rocket:
  • Next: try to get some JS people from punkt.de to use React and contribute; fix and document $things
  • Show: nothing

Bernhard

  • Happy: Progress with implementing new CR building blocks to provide a better dimension API (and lots of tests)
Also had a talk at a local private school about TYPO3 and Neos (and thus was absent)
  • Sad: Not really
  • Next/Show: Call for reviews of the new CR components, get started with the actual CR tasks at hand (and find supporters)
