Spending available 2021 budget

Thanks for the flexibility to vote on the budgets here in Discuss!

So although there are still some unknowns about the legal/trademark costs, I think we can still vote on the proposed budgets as follows, to give the budget owners the certainty to go ahead and plan their work:

• 3.000+€ Legal Trademark Fees - @robert
• 5.000€ Neos Media UI - @sebobo
• 3.000€ Release Process Automation and Documentation - @sorenmalling and @aberl
• up to 9.000€ ES CR (likely much less due to time constraints) - @bwaidelich and @sebastian

• I approve the proposed budgets
• I do NOT approve
• I abstain
• I need more discussions
