A project proposal is a way to suggest a project for the teams to work on. Technical projects should be a result of an RFC and all RFCs must also have a project proposal (as a linked topic), if they’re to become a team project.
Use “Project Proposal: Title” as title for clarity.

Project proposals should be announced in the relevant Slack channels and on any other channel that makes sense to raise awareness and give everyone a chance to know about it.
