FYI, today I applied for sponsored licenses for Jira, Crowd and Confluence. I’ll keep you posted.

Good news: we’ve been accepted by Atlassian and can use their licenses

Ok, so next steps? Or to be more precise: do we host jira ourselfs, and who does what, when?
We will host it ourselves, I guess we just use the second Digital Ocean Server for that or alternatively use a second VM at netlogix. I suggest that we only start with the move after we have Crowd and Discourse launched because Jira will need to authenticate against Crowd of course.
I would like to at least be involved into that because I’d like to establish a sound foundation (based on Docker). But I certainly need additional help by everyone who also has a bit of experience with Jira.
