Composer exception at post-update-cmd mkdir()

Hi guys,

the following exception occurs on composer update:

ost-update-cmd event terminated with an exception

  [ErrorException]
  mkdir(): Invalid argument

Windows Server 2012 R2 with WAMP 5.6.12.
