There’s no UI integration yet (in terms of buttons) but it’s pretty easy to use and quite powerful: https://meta.discourse.org/t/a-better-poll-feature/28008

However, it is missing some crucial features for more complex polls (like access-restriction, time-boxing, range-votings, … ). So it’s good to know that we can work around that limitation if needed.
