signals reference rendering done, see http://neos.readthedocs.org/en/latest/Appendixes/SignalsReference.html and Flow Signals Reference — Flow Framework 8.2.x documentation

If you look at those references, it becomes obvious that the signal docblocks need to be amended or written from scratch. Anyone up for this?
