We are pleased to announce that Jung von Matt is offering the location for the Neos Re-Branding Implementation Sprint from Monday 20/11/2023 to Wednesday 22/11/2023 in Zurich. :partying_face:

We want this sprint to be more than a sprint. So look forward to 3 exciting days in an awesome city full of creativity, collaboration and never-before-seen surprises.

This is just the start and we are still in the process of developing the design. We will keep you updated and also keep involving you all. If you have any questions or feedback please don’t hesitate to contact us as this is our brand all together. :smiling_face:

Sprint Goal:
We want to implement the new Neos branding into the neos.io website. And we also want to celebrate the new branding.

Attendance:

There is space for roundabout 30 people in person.
But you can also join remotely.
Start will be every day at 9:00 and ends at 18:00.
PS: we will keep the office open for allnighters. :upside_down_face:

Activities:
We are still planning the program, but look forward to Zurich, Swiss Food, Apéro and Hackathon feeling with Beer and Pizza.

  • Drinks: JvM offers coffee, tea, a fridge with cold drinks, fruits and snacks

Please note:
To reduce costs, Sandstorm is trying to organise a larger Airbnb in Zurich that can be shared by several participants. If you are interested in this, please mention it when registering in pretix!
In the meantime, we are also trying to get a sponsorship from a Swiss hotel chain that recently had a relaunch with Neos.

Hey guys, I just had a look for Airbnb in ZH and unfortunately there is not much choice. There are none in the city, but rather outside the city. And then they are usually too small and more suitable for families - not to mention the price.
But I found two hotels that are very reasonably priced and offer everything from single rooms to shared rooms. So we could consider sharing a shared room. Or we could each book a single room.
At the moment we are still waiting for feedback whether we might get a hotel sponsorship.
