'Server communication error' after moving site in other workspace

how to get the error:

  1. publish changes into a non-live workspace
  2. go to live workspace
  3. move document to another path in the document tree and publish
  4. go back in non-live workspace
    -> changes from 1. got lost
  5. moving document back to origin path in live
    -> changes are now back in non-live workspace but publishing leads to ‘Server communication error’

i am using 2.3.10
