    • further association setup progress
    • finally bought a new (used) mobile phone
    • Sebastian invested in video equipment to produce higher quality videos for Neos (bye bye money :money_with_wings:)
  • Impediments
    • Marika was sick, so fewer progress than hoped for
  • Plans
    • work on Neos project proposal
    • continue CIC wind down and association ramp up :slight_smile:

Søren:

  • Made me happy:
    • Went through a 15 issues and PRs and is super surprised and happy about the response and activity <3
    • Wrote a database translation provider (alternative to XLIFF) that has been bubbling in my head (https://github.com/sorenmalling/meteko-databasetranslationprovider) - needed for project hopefully starting in two weeks
    • Love the activity around organizing the Flow 7 release project board with issues and tasks.
  • Impediments
    • Sick - day number 5… No COVID-19, but a sore throat :’(
    • Only red bull and the like seems to make me active and focus on the start of the day… Bad habit coming up?
    • Haven’t gotten my own flow environment established for account/security work.
  • Plans
    • Last week of work - new office is already planned
    • Meet with my former (+8 years ago) boss about a new project - can we work together and agree on the mission. No code - all human - love it!
    • Go through another 10 issues and PRs and help with getting it done
    • Get my environment up for account/security work

Jon:

  • Made me happy:
    • Already updated some projects to Neos 5.3
    • Made some progress on NeosIo Update
    • Progress on the release board and happy about the clear communication
    • Happy that Bastian fixed the Preview Button Issue
    • PostCSS 8 is released (20% faster)
    • I ordered a new Apple Watch (in red)
  • Impediments
    • Many PostCSS Plugins are not yet ready for the newest version List of plugins
    • Shopware work
  • Plans
    • Finish NeosIo update

Bastian:

  • Made me happy:
    • Neos 5.3 Release
    • Progress on the “ES CR routing” PR (=> learned a lot)
    • Fixed bug related to Neos Preview button => PR
    • Increasing activity in the community
    • Joined the RM team for Neos 6.0 / Flow 7.0
    • Established biweekly meeting with my fellow RMs Jon & Markus
    • Discussion about improved Setup process

    • Adjust Flow routing framework and CLI commands

Markus:

  • Made me happy:
    • Great that we have 5.3 released and I can upgrade customer projects from time to time
    • Happy that also folkekirken is upgrading to 5.3
    • The planning for the 6.0 is fun
