Søren:

  • Made me happy:
    • “Shape up” book arrived from Basecamp
    • Did small pushes on day-to-day “bugfix”/task on Flow
    • Provided little help on reviews
    • My girlfriend made me a calendar for every day in December up till christmas :slight_smile:
  • Impediments
    • Been extremely good at telling myself I’m behind on everything
    • Not much of a helping hand on last 3 weeks finalizing of Flow release
    • Experiencing a stressed and tense mode in the Neos development, when Flow and CMS shares the same release cycle. All things have to be done at the exact same time.
  • Plans
    • Finalize new concept for just-released product (Flow based)
    • Remove obstacles that makes me tired of what I do for a everyday living

Bastian:

  • Made me happy:
    • recent activity and help with the Release <3
    • consensus about the synced release cycle
  • Impediments
    • too many loose ends still
    • constant “triage mode” is unhealthy
  • Plans
    • release release release x.x

Markus:

  • Made me happy:
    • Super happy that all are working on the neos release
    • I like the new voted wallpaper and the idea of Sebastian H. to make all past login screens available :slight_smile:
    • Happy to have Bastian and Jon in the release team :), at least two with a clue :stuck_out_tongue:
    • Great to have dudes like Sebastian that could help with strang neos issues in backend modules
  • Impediments
    • Did not manage to work on neos yesterday :frowning:
    • Lot of work needs to be done
  • Plans
    • Neos Release stuff

Sebastian H.:

  • Made me happy:
    • The release managers are doing a great job on new Neos release <3 <3 <3
    • Some ideas for smaller Neos improvements for next minor
    • Composer 2 works really well
  • Impediments
    • Family has been sick for a week, still a bit of cough
    • Too tired in the evenings
  • Plans
    • Running a remote Neos Fusion Workshop tomorrow (first time remote!)

Jon:

  • Made me happy:
    • Activity in the Neos project
    • All my PR are merged

    • Sleeping issues
    • Still a lot to do for the release
