Sebastian H

  • Made me happy:
    • moved into new house
    • back after 3 months
    • family is happy and healthy
    • lost 6 kilos and doing sport every day
    • seeing my Neos friends again
  • Impediments
    • has been the hardest 3 months of my life
    • lots of backpain (therefore doing sport) which is slowly getting better
    • still many tasks around the new house and taking care of the 2 kids

Søren:

  • Made me happy:
    • User access control with differences between a specific company and user combination in DAFIS.
    • Implemented Hotwired Turbo frame for a SPA kind of feeling, but with HTML :star_struck:
  • Impediments
    • 4 projetcs postponed/cancelled, so working on money-making for february and march
    • Experiencing the security layer/roles concept of Flow as being limited, when your role is not defined as a Policy, but as a setting on a user. I might not understand how to use Roles for such thing (without being dynamic. So it deserves more research)
    • Finding limitiations in the current integration of a view in the MVC stack, after working with Turbo Frames. Perhaps the MVC dispatcher rewrite should soon be a topic for planning?
  • Plans
    • Will propose a number of tasks from the Flow issue queue for Flow 8 and look for sponsoring on work on these tasks, to ensure they get in
    • Work on DAFIS for the first paying companies to start, late january
    • Talk to my coach about how to process the work on a agency project, with the right mindset
