Translate TYPO3.Neos.NodeTypes:Page properties in Site package

Hi,

I added a few layout and sublayout options to TYPO3.Neos.NodeTypes:Page node type in Packages/Sites/My.SitePackage/Configuration/NodeTypes.yaml. I tried to localize the options in Packages/Sites/My.SitePackage/Resources/Private/Translation/zh/NodeTypes/Page.xlf. But the translation is not loaded in the Neos backend editing interface. Though other node types defined in the site package can load the translation correctly. Any idea please?
