Hey fellow Neos community members,
the question has come up a couple of times how we determine if travel expenses should be covered for certain events, for whom under which conditions and to what amount etc.
To create clarity for the community, @gina has started to draft a travel policy. (currently visible for team members)
Our goal is to have a flexible and understandable policy that provides more clarity than confusion. So once we have a draft ready that is not embarrassing, we will share that publicly 
In the mean time all team members are invited to provide their input and feedback.
