Two times the same entry / icon at adding a new page

Hello together,

i have a question about a behavior i’m unable to fix, i guess

I’m using the following approach for creating a new page

'Vendor.Name:Page':
  superTypes:
    'Neos.NodeTypes:Page': true

inside this one, i have the ContentCollections: main, content, footer, background and teaser with some contraints. As i did a node repair this one happend:

But “Seite” and “Seite” are not equal cause on the first one, i can see all the ContentCollections as listed above, the other one is just defined with “main”:

Do you know where i could have a look at to fix this?
