typo3/party 2.3.* not pesent in https://packagist.org/

In https://packagist.org/packages/typo3/flow 2.3.* is stated that depends on typo3/party 2.3.* but only party 2.0.* present.
Bug?

This has been fixed by now, all tags and branches are now available.
